07/16/20 Update - Construction resumed in May

After no construction in March and April due to Covid lockdown, we resumed construction first week of May and have made steady progress since then. The delay has pushed out warm shell completion date to Dec 2020. A lot of activity in progress, i.e. drywall install, electrical, plumbing etc.
